INSTRUCTIONS: Before continuing please read these instructions below.1. Click the "Register" link at the upper left hand of the page 2. Fill in your Full Name, Email, and create a password, then press the "Register" button to proceed to the next step. 3. You'll receive an email with a link to confirm your registration. Click the link to get registered. 4. Log in to the support center 5. Once you are logged in, click "Submit A Ticket" to go to the next step 6. The General Department is already selected so press the "Next" button 7. Fill in the priority level of the ticket, a subject line and message about the problem you are having and then press the "Submit" button to complete the process. 8. Details about your ticket will now be displayed on the screen. Support personel will get back with you with more information promptly.
